Terms of Business

Stock and Delivery:

Most orders are despatched within 3-5 working days subject to availabilty but can take up to 7-10 working days if items need to be ordered. Goods that are special order will take longer.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if it exceeds the 7-10 working days.

Payment:

We accept online payments within a secure environment via Sage Pay.

We also accept a "PayPal " option for customers who prefer PayPal.

No card details are stored directly on the site.

Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

Your Orders:

We obtain information from you for billing and delivery purposes or to contact you with queries.

You will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail which will include your order details.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order by informing us of your intention in writing any time up to seven days from the day after the day of delivery, We will then supply a returns number. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation (original postage costs will not be refunded), whichever is the earlier. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the order number, and should be forwarded to our Customer Service Representatives at the address below. If you do not pay for the goods to be returned to us, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover our costs for collecting the goods.

We will arrange an exchange or refund you the full amount of the goods minus postage costs.

Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct, but we reserve the right to make changes, these will be notified to you at the time of ordering.

Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Information you provide to Equine Products Direct will be processed and used to provide products ordered, for billing and accounts, to keep records of the transaction and to send you relevant promotions. You are given a clear option to opt out from future promotional messages if you so wish. We do not share your information with any other companies and do not store any credit or debit card details on our servers.
